SR 572 (Drane Field Road) Construction:

As part of ongoing roadway improvements around Lakeland Linder International Airport (LAL), the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has closed Waring Road north of SR 572 (Drane Field Road) to SR 570 (the Polk Parkway). This closure is expected to continue through late December 2025.

SR 572 (Drane Field Road) will remain open to East and Westbound traffic during this closure.

To access Lakeland Linder International Airport (LAL) from SR 570 (the Polk Parkway) please use Exit 3 to Airport Road.
